My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion,
some compassion, some humor, and some style.

• Next Monthly Meeting is Tuesday, November 10th at 6:30 pm.
Are you tired of skies filled with aerosol spray trails and the resulting haze that drifts earthward
onto our soil and water and into our lungs?
If so, please join us for the next Chico Sky Watch meeting
on Tuesday, November 10 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Chico branch of the Butte County Library at 1108 Sherman Ave. corner of First Ave.
Learn the facts about what's going on over our heads and what you can do to help stop the toxification
of the planet.
Projects in the works are:
• A possible full page anti-geoengineering ad in the CN&R spearheaded by two dedicated and
community-minded people.
• Another gathering on the Capitol steps in Sacramento is being planned for Wednesday, January 13,
2016. Musicians and speakers are in the process of being invited. We need everyone who is awake to
stand up against the particulate trails. To stand up for our right to breathe clean air. To stand up
for our right to real rain. To stand up for the trees and animals whose lives are threatened but who
have no voice to protest. Speaking out is the only way we will stop this omnicide. Don't let your
friends talk you into believing it is useless. Mark your calendar and plan to be there.
• CSW continues to be a KZFR community radio underwriter with our ad being read throughout the day on various
programs. Even though it's fairly costly (for a not-for-profit group), we feel it's worth it to keep
spreading the word.
• Other outreach ideas: forming a speakers' bureau ready to do radio interviews
or presentations to groups, funding a billboard, ... Your ideas are welcome.
Hope to see you Tuesday evening.
If you haven't joined and are not visiting our Facebook pages, and/or
if you are not on our e-mail list, you are missing out.
